Sister Communities

Each of the New Paradigm Centers contains all of the collective resources and talents of its members. Every Center is empowered to access every other Centers' knowledge, talent, and resource pools on a consensual basis.

As each Center's members grow in knowledge and experience, the entire collective talent pool gains the benefit of their accumulated knowledge. Decisions are strongly documented Online, so that when members of other Centers face similar decisions, they can access information about what their Sister Communities did, and reach out to see how well it worked. Well advised, they can then decide what they want to do, benefiting from the increased knowledge of each other's experience.

New Paradigm Centers can also choose to join Resource & Talent Exchange Programs with each other. These programs allow Resources, Skills, Personnel, and Talent to flow across Community Boundaries to whatever extent the Centers involved wish.
